Hayden Bergman, Professional Corporation is a boutique law firm serving clients in San Francisco and Silicon Valley on corporate, securities and tax law matters. We specialize in transactional matters that require high-level attention, a sophisticated approach incorporating practical legal and business advice and that are time-sensitive in nature.

We were founded in 2003 and have grown since then primarily through referrals from existing clients and from our legal colleagues. Our clients find us to be an attractive alternative to our large firm competitors particularly on smaller transactions.

Like our clients, we are entrepreneurs. We are building a law firm that we hope will grow and prosper for many years. Thus, we understand many of the challenges and joys of building and managing a business like the clients whom we represent.

Our Value Proposition

We aim to provide better service and responsiveness than can be found at any large firm. However, the hourly rates of our attorneys are significantly lower than their large firm peers, and we carefully staff matters to provide efficient service. We generally bill on an hourly basis although we work with many clients under alternative billing arrangements.

Relationships with Other Attorneys

While our expertise in corporate, securities and tax law applies to most of our practice, we do come across legal matters on which we are not experts. When these occasions arise, we work with other attorneys expert in the relevant areas. We have cultivated close relationships with attorneys in complimentary legal areas to provide a seamless experience to our clients.
